She will go over the surgical plan with you again to make sure there aren’t any questions or concerns.

During the surgery, Dr. Molina will make incisions to access the breast implants. The type and location of the incisions will depend on various factors, such as the type of implant being removed and whether additional work, such as a breast lift, capsulotomy, or capsulectomy, is being done. At the end of the surgery, the incisions are closed with absorbable sutures, and a dressing is applied.
