Erika Kulka oversees operations at Bianca Molina Plastic Surgery, ensuring exceptional patient experiences. Drawing from 13 years in Financial Services and 5 years managing small business operations, she partnered with Dr. Molina in 2024 to establish Dr. Molina’s Downtown New York practice.
Erika’s commitment to reliability, discretion, and attention to detail shape her work. At the practice, she fosters a warm, highly coordinated environment where patients are supported every step of the way, from their earliest consultation through to recovery.
Erika lives in Downtown New York with her husband and two cats. Outside the practice, she enjoys Pilates, international travel, and perfecting her matcha latte technique.
